The Greathouse Board of Governors
has scheduled a Budget Workshop on Thursday,
January 30, 2025 at 9:00 AM in the Tennis Pavilion
Social Room. The 2025-26 budget will be discussed
at the annual meeting. A vote will be taken at that time.

***A dune assessment will be discussed. Currently the Association
has $14,400 in the dune account. Although the POA has not provided
an invoice for any proposed restoration costs, the Board may vote to
request additional funds at this meeting.
